Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on selected products only. Exchange eligibility and specific terms are clearly mentioned on the individual product page. These terms may be updated without prior notice.
We are dedicated to your happiness with your saree. If an exchange is needed, the following conditions apply:
- Time Frame: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days from the original purchase date (or as specified on the product page).
- One-Time Exchange: Each purchase qualifies for one exchange only. No further exchanges will be allowed for the same order.
How Exchanges Work
- If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address. We will provide the address upon approval of your request.
- Exchange charges may apply depending on the case (e.g., size change, color swap, etc.). Details will be communicated during the process.
Important Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet these requirements:
- Be unused and unwashed (for hygiene purposes).
- Retain all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Items missing tags will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
- Requests made after the specified exchange window (check product page) will not be processed.
